3. Rechtliche Verpflichtungen & Meldewege
- Meldepflicht gemäß DSGVO: Wenn personenbezogene Daten (Mitarbeiter-, Kunden- oder Patientendaten) exfiltriert wurden, liegt ein Verstoß gegen den Schutz personenbezogener Daten vor. Dieser muss innerhalb von 72 Stunden an die zuständige Landesdatenschutzbehörde gemeldet werden.
- Strafanzeige: Erstatten Sie Anzeige bei der zuständigen Zentralstelle für Cybercrime der Polizei (ZAC) oder dem Landeskriminalamt (LKA).

Sicherheitsbehörden wie das BSI und das Bundeskriminalamt (BKA) raten strikt von Lösegeldzahlungen ab. Eine Zahlung garantiert weder die vollständige Entschlüsselung der Systeme noch die tatsächliche Löschung der gestohlenen Daten durch die Kriminellen. Zudem finanzieren Lösegelder zukünftige Angriffe und halten das kriminelle Geschäftsmodell aufrecht.
Wie kann ich prüfen, ob spezifische Daten meines Hauses im Umlauf sind?
Die in der Tabelle verlinkten Quellen führen zu den Darknet-Plattformen der Angreifer. Um gezielt nach kompromittierten Zugangsdaten (E-Mails/Passwörtern) zu suchen, ohne kriminelle Infrastrukturen aufzurufen, empfehlen sich etablierte, legitime Plattformen wie Have I Been Pwned oder der Identity Leak Checker des Hasso-Plattner-Instituts (HPI).
